A. THE CONCEPT: INDIA’S GREATEST BRANDS & LEADERS – PRIDE OF THE NATION

Brands & Leaders Summit: The India’s Greatest Brands & Leaders 2015-16 took place on September 3, 2016, and the venue was Taj Lands End, Mumbai. The mega event was a one-day Summit and proved to be the grandest brand festival involving Indian Brands in a celebration of the nation’s independence. The selected brands and leaders were felicitated and awarded at the Brands & Leaders Summit.

The India’s Greatest Brands and Leaders is a multi-platform and cross-cultural brand credibility, involving the brands and leaders from various parts of the country through brand projects in print, digital and electronic media. The India’s Greatest Brands & Leaders 2015-16 was held as the ‘Celebrating 69, Pride of the Nation Series Awards & Business Summit 2015-16’ in Mumbai.

The project focuses on the greatest brands and leaders of India in terms of business. These promising brands come from 16 states – Delhi/NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Jharkhand, Orrisa, Uttrakhand and Assam. A total of 69 brands were featured across 15 industry categories and 62 sub-categories.
